Question House Parties??

Hey guys,

being underage, and with all the talk of fines for public drinking, i was wondering if anyone is planning house parties where they're staying? Are the landlords cool around there with people having parties or are we going to be out in the town every night? Our place looks way too small.

I'm sure we'll meet everyone up there and find out whats going on, but it'd be good to know what we're in for.

Yeah mate. We'll cause some mischief.

We should have somthing up there where we can let everyone know if somethings going down while we're there. Like a party notice board.

yeh, true

my advice to anyone contemplating having a house party while at schoolies in byron, put all breakables away before everyone gets there, make sure no-one goes into the bedrooms and if you have tiles in the house, keep people on them. we had tiles downstairs and carpet upstairs. when we left the owners said we'd have to pay for the carpets to get steam cleaned because they were filthy and someone even had chewy on thier foot and it was smushed into our carpet, and one of the girls i was staying there with even threw up on the carpet, so it was pretty grubby. luckily they were really leinient and didnt take any money out of our bond! we all got all of our money back! i think we were lucky to have lienient owners

we've got a house in Lorne, and i would love to be having parties every night, especially coz one of my mates turns 18 on the first day!!
but we have been made to sign this contract saying that we won't have parties and there will only be girls staying there! how tight is that... so yeah we'll have to see how we go ...
