1. Do you agree with the US supreme court that al-Qaeda and Taliban operatives must be treated within the constraints detailed in the Geneva Convention.
2. If operatives of the US are potentially guilty of war crimes as described by the Geneva Convention, should they be prosecuted?
3. Regardless of your answer to 1 or 2, do you think it's right for Pres. Bush to legislate his own immunity from war crimes (and Rumsfeld and whoever else)?
