Default Myths, and Stuff

the other day i was talking to some ppl and we were talking about all the myths and things that people have heard about...

like in my area there is "sarahs grave", which when u park your car in a certain spot, the light shines against a tombstone (sarahs tombstone, a 12 year old girl) and it reflects an image of a ghost in the trees next to the grave...

and there is the Haunted House, with pigeons, and at night u cant see them, and they make all sorts of creapy sounds...

and also "Magnetic Mountain", which when you park our car at the bottom of the hill, and pull up your handbrake, you actually move up the hill, and you dont roll back...

so i was just wondering if anyone else has these sorts of myths, and weird things that go on...

(and also, i have seen all these things, they do actually happen)

when i was 10 i predicted the death of a family friend about a week before it happened...

also my grandma foresaw deaths so often that she was ostricised from where she grew up. when she moved she kept it to herself and some of the family

and my great grandma apparently haunts her old house. my unlces and aunts say theyve seen her. she was an evil old woman, wouldnt want to bump into her in the night!

theres something with south americans and spirits. am i on the right topic here?

my dad used to work in this big factory where they made butter and cooking oil that has a few scary stories.

no one works on the Sunday night but only one security guard that does night shift and patrols the whole factory every couple of hours.
on of the security guards told my day and i that one night when she was doing night shift, she went to do her normal patrol route and walked down a corridor about a metre and a half wide. On the back down the same corridor there was a plastic cheer placed in the middle…. How did it get there is the was only one person in the whole factory?

Another time my dads old work mate went into these toilets that is known to have ghosts in them, to change a light bulb. Once he went in there he stood dead in his tracks and saw the cubical door swing open and shut, open and shut rapidly...

freaky sh!t...

The gurdies... near phillip island/south gipslandis supposed to be a tripped out town.. apparently a plane of people flew over and completely disapeared, and most cars that go through there for some reason just break down and start working at random times, for no reason at all...

it's sorta like a bermuda triangle thing

Well, in my neighbourhood we have Folklore Tim. (not Timmeh)
He turned up to a party once for 5 minutes. Heretics say "He was working about 10 minutes away, then ran here before he went home because he was grounded", but everyone knows that he ran half-way from Canberra, then killed afew dragons and rode a resurrected one the rest of the way, but then had to go save the universe from something.

oh i got another one...

when our school was on a camp to YMCA, they blocked off one of the cabins, because several years back an old lady died in the river when she was saving a young girl when the river rapidly flooded...

and several seperate groups of people, over the years after, had witnessed an old lady standing at the end of their bed...

Hmm Lela i have a freaky family too ,

My mums family is really like spiritual & stuff too. And like everyone recons that my Great grandma posesses my grandma every so often for some reason. Apparently, it's happened a few times in my house, but it happeneds more often at my cousins house. I've seen her once, apparently posessed. It was kinda scary cuz everyone was like praying and stuff and me and my cousins got told to lock ourselves in one room. It hasn't happened for about 1 month now, so it's all good. But i dono if it's true or if my family is making it up. Hmm i dono!

scary thing wiht my great grandma is apparently my little cousin, whos an only child and about 4y.o. has made friends with my grandmas "ghost" lets call it. My aunts have walked in on her having a conversation wiht no one there. she also speaks of things that happened decades ago that she shouldnt know adout, or recolections that ought to belong to my greatgrandma...

the theory is that she's bitter that her spanish fortune (mansion, chandeliers, servants and all) was squandered between her mixed blood (spanish and indigenous) children, and grand children.

sometimes im glad im on the other side of the world

One time an old mate James was over, me and him at my joint alone and I was playing playstation n he went off to go to the toilet.. and when he went I told him to close the bathroom door too cause I heard it open, and I said and make sure it's shut. He did.. 5 minutes later while playing playstation I heard the bathroom door open (the handle is a lil creaky on it and it used 2 graze along the tiles when it opened)... we were like wtf.. n then the shower came on and we didn't know what was going on and started freaking out. 10 seconds later the shower turned off and then we heard footsteps walking all around my house... it was fukin scary as all ****.

no cause i told him to pull on the door till it was shut.. and you can hear it click in when it's shut properly
and the shower wasn't just dripping.. it was on.. i don't think taps just 'drip' that much
and which chick? bianca? when cause my house aint haunted no more.. mum cleaned out the house, so you were most likely hearing things and freaking out

and another one... went to bed one night when i used to have steal bunks.. and when you climb the ladder it'd make like a banging sound on each step and the bed would shake a bit... anyway i was on bottom bunk with my cat.. n went to bed.. 5 mins after hopping in my bed shook a lil n somfin climbed up my ladder... i looked and nothing was there... then the bed started shaking as if some one was on top n pushing the bed from side to side... the cat **** itself and ran out the room n i was sitting in my bed to scared to move.. explain that one wise ass

true story, happened yesterday

patrolled the house with a knife in a freakin towel
