Default Favourite Classic Rock SONGS

I was just wondering what are peoples favourite classic rock songs like AC DC and Gunz n' Roses songs.

Mine Are:
Led Zeppelin - Stairway To Heaven
Billy Joel - Piano Man
CCR - Have You Ever Seen The Rain
Hunters and Collectors - Throw Your Arms Around Me
The Eagles - Hotel California
AC DC - Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap
Deep Purple - Smoke On The Water
Guns n' Roses - Sweet Child O' Mine
Lynyrd Skynyrd - Tuesday's Gone

Write down yor favourite artist and their best song that you think
Write them down as above

Note: Do not just write your favourite bands, include the song..........

I was thinkinh khe sanh, but it's overdone, i think it's on the list that every pub cover band does when ever i go out, It's still classic drinking song thou

But it depends on the crowd, i've meet people who have not heard khe sanh before.

Cats In The Cradle by Guns and Roses is a classic eventhough it is a cover song. (or atleast its one of my personal favourites)

Yeah, I know, a lot of lyric sites say its by them, and even if you go to download stuff it says its by them, but if you download the ugly kid joe one its the same thing.. i dunno.. it doesnt really sound like guns and roses to me... *shrugs*

Have you got it on a cd by them to prove its them?

ok the thing here is, that theres definiatley an Ugly Kid Joe version, which is very popular. theres sites on the net that say Gunners covered the song but the internet also says that Flubber was a good movie. those sites mentioned are just lyric websites and not offical GnR sites. i dont think there is a Guns N Roses version coz its not on any of their albums, including The Spagetti Incident (their cover album). I think the problem here is people have downloaded Cats In The Cradle off the internet and people have just put the artist as GnR. Its the same thing when you type in Nivarna instead of Nirvana, teeny boppers are just getting **** wrong. i hope this made sense.

Ok, back on tizopic: Classic rock SONGS. SONGS. NOT JUST ARTISTS. SONGS.
