Mike Tyson, once the most feared man in the boxing ring has retired after being defeated by Irishman Kevin McBride.

I'm happy to see Tyson lose and retire, ive always hated that prick. not only was he an ******* in the ring: headbutting opponents, biting parts of ears off and trying to break other boxers arms during fights, he was a filthy **** out of the ring too. in 1992 he was convicted of raping a beauty queen contestant, and assaulting people who did anything to him.

Glad to see the animal go, and great to see a little known Irishman take him down.

i dunno why but i've always liked mike tyson. though he brought alot to boxing. watched a documentary on his life and he has had a pretty tough one.

i say he deserves a little bit of respect for his achievements

oh yeah theres no doubt he's made some pretty big achievements, like winning the world title when he was 20. but when someone rapes someone else they lose all my respect.

You can't match tysons intensity the man brought the media puttin bums in seats when 99% of others couldn't, i dont even think his guilty of rape even tho he got convicted but you gotta respect him the man came nothin to be the man. I knew mcbride would win his hardly unknown the guys a giant had so much reach on tyson + tysons a has-been but tyson in his prime would of stopped him in the first round, his got no drive to fight anymore cept to pay the bills its not the last weve heard of him even if its just a storyline " iron- mike tyson found dead in his hotel room" wouldnt suprise me cept id rather see, "iron-mike joins the UFC " that'd be great, eitherway his a legend and always will be remembered as a strange guy but most of all a brilliant fighter.

Random fact for ya'll:

while mike tyson was in prison, on their typical lunch 'break' or whatever it is, basically all the cellmates were out in the courtyard, including tyson.
then.. being the celebrity he is, and some prisoners being the way they are they decided to fight him... one by one they took him on, in the middle of a prison yard.... the result???

mike tyson knocked down and out 32 prisoners before finally the 33rd knocked him out and he had to be carried back to his cell by guards.
