Anyone been kicked out of their apartment?

Anyone been kicked out of their apartment?
for excessive noise or whatever?

a good question, id like to see the results.

we didnt get kicked out, nor did anyone we know, but they had numerous visits from the owners (we went to byron btw) and everyone lost part of their bond...

the most ive seen happen is some boys at our apartment were lined up and told off to the $hit house the owner went OFFFF and called the cops
i think it was more to scare them than anything

oh some ppl did get kicked out coz they threw a bottle off the balcony..

We had the police over ours telling us off coz they thought we threw **** off the balcony we were all sooo drunk.. the cops didnt think it was to funny.. in the end they found the guys who did it!!

i think you have to do some thing REALLY stupid or dumb to be kicked out!!

couple of blokes got kicked out of our hotel for stealing chicks keys breaking into thier apartment and throwing thier **** off the balc.. i saw the cops n all that crap one guy got put in jail and most of them were in a paddy wagon.. cops were there from about 12am to 6am.

myself and half of mates who were staying at Beachlands got kicked out last year. my mate drank too much or something and an ambulance had to come and bring him to the local hospital. during the night the hospital rang up the owner of the caravan park coz he had to get picked up and brought back. so the next day we were kicked out coz the owner reckons he made it clear that if he had to be woken up for any reason the person who did it will be out.

he tried to take our bonds but we said we arent leaving because it wasnt us to called him and woke him up. so we made a deal, we'd leave the caravan park if we got our bonds back. **** yeah, we didnt give up. he kicked a few other groups of people out before us and you shouldve seen them, they almost cried and walked off. we stood up for what we believed in and we ended up getting $900 back. plus leavers was pretty much finished so we didnt mind packing up a bit early. we left on a good note with the owner. because i organised it for my mates, i said i was sorry and **** and shook his hand when we were leaving. i doubt ill be allowed to stay there this year. i wonder if anyone will bother to read this. doubt it.

I hope me n the girls im going wit don't get kicked out.. I don't think we will but i reccon we myt loose our deposit.. :p No real reason but i've heard that not many ppl get it back with suxs :banghead: .. Ohwell

i hope my group dont get kicked out, i dont see why we would we arent too crazy, im probs the craziest but i aint gonna waste 1000 farkin bond!! thats bullcrap!! Thats if this place even lets us in...

Me and 3 mates went up for just a holiday (before schoolies last yr, in October) and we knew someone up there... a good friend that used to live there moved up there, so we went out and got her, and come back and ended up having a party of about 40 people in our little motel room at Surfers Royale... some dude set off the fire alarm, but mum was a good talker and the manager didn't have enough proof it was us so we got to stay in our room... :D
