I've already booked our hotel. I reckon it's abit early, cos I have this nasty feeling, I'm gonna find somewhere cheaper later on. Ahh bugger it.

Eh. I found somewhere cheaper then where i booked.... but hey, maybe thats because i booked a 5 star hotel :D

Its better to find somewhere cheaper later on then to wait and then not be able to get a room

Yeah the thing is if we decide to cancel it, we might to pay a cancellation fee and that's gonna be a bummer too. I'm glad we're not paying per person rates like what they're doing on the schoolies site, I just can't believe they can rip us off like that.

Yea it gets pretty damn expensive.. and you have to pay for little things that you normally wouldnt have to

You will always find a better place... but seriously Legends hotel is pretty much 5 star.. its VERY nice

and woody so is crown towers.. you wont find many better places... depends what you want out of your accommodation..

A nice comfortable place to recover from the night before...like swimming in a man made lagoon..thats always relaxing :D

If you want somewhere cheap the Courtyard Marriot has vacancies in the first week, not sure about other dates, but they are pretty damn cheap, not a bad hotel, and its right on cavil avenue

All the hotels are pretty reasonable...

If you dont want to book with schoolies i suggest Legends hotel, the courtyard marriot, ANA hotel, gold coast international or outrigger sun city resort

me and my mates have finally settled on outrigger sun city, i thought i left it a little too late wen i noticed that schoolies.com had no vacancies except for Seaworld. my advance to anyone with last minute decisions on finding a hotel is call up a travel agency, better yet get ur parents to do it and say its for a family trip. thats wot we did and it worked. ah well best of luck to the rest of u guys. Yay 6 months to Go

trying to spend under $4000 for a six person place. most of it is gone for the second week.
