How far are you traveling to your schoolies destination?

We get to travel about 1100kms through the best parts of Australia....Moree, Boonah and so on.

15hrs by train then about 1hr bus trip...

Penrith to Sydney (45min train)...

Sydney to Casino (15hr train)...

Casino to Byron (1hr bus)...

thats the approx...

not to sure how far in km it is tho...

45 min fight from sydney to the sunny gold coast n than about 30mins in a limo to the hotel ......... :facesjump

2 h or so train ride, 45 min bus ride with my swag and backpack.
Sucks not having your licance, and having to work so noone can give you a lift :(

Boonah is a great place, miles and miles of brown grass, nice little pub tho

we'll be gettin to the airport by train or car which is only a 1/2 hour tops then flyin out from sydney at 8am on a sunday mornin which is a total bitch. then somehow find a way into surfers.
went on the bus up there 2 yrs ago cause we were to late to book a flight. that had to be the most c*ntiest trip i've ever done. it took almost 15 hrs and you've got no chance at sleeping, although i got a couple of 2 minute sleeps with 5 hr intervals inbetween maybe. the seats are as uncomfy as hell... the highlight of the trip would have to be, there was none! although on the bus trip back outta surfers we had a couple of alright looking swedish birds in front of us talkin swedinese language. we thought the only english they knew was "we go byyrronnn bayy" as thats the only words we could understand they were saying until eventually we stopped off at byron and they got off and all of a sudden were talkin alright english. That was after we had been makin comments right behind them and in a normal voice tone about how we would love to bone the "svedish pornstars" and in wat position and all that just for laughs lol

Driving from SYD to GC Thursday night. Hopefully Jazz will sleep most of the way.

Sydney to Brisbane (Cheap at 110 I think?) Then a train to GC then a shuttle, same for hading back to sydney... total is 300 return! WOOHOOO

why are u getting a train and a shuttle? thats such a waste... just get a bus all the way :)

24 hour bus trip fro melbourne to byron dont care cuz im clubbing from about 8pm to 6am when i get the bus the next day. will sleep like a baby

Um catch the train from wauchope at bout 10:40pm get to casiono i think at 3am then get to goldie at bout 6am so not really that long....or maybe l8er bout 8 or 9 hours

Off the topic but doing it as a holiday for missing out on Schoolies Week when I graduated back in 1996 and flying next Sunday.Adelaide to Melbourne and Melbourne to Singapore with Qantas.11 Hours in Economy.Was not able to get an Upgrade to Business or First Class for love or money.

that's not too bad man try doing 11 hours then a 2 hour break then 9 hours to europe
